Overview
Compound Operations is a residential operations app for tenants, compounds, residents, security teams, staff, managers, and admins. The app helps authorized users manage assigned units, maintenance tasks, visitor access, announcements, billing records, tenant setup, and operational dashboards.
Access is controlled through username/password accounts, tenant invitations, and role-based permissions. Users only see the tenants, compounds, units, and workflows assigned to their role.
Data We Process
Depending on your role and tenant setup, Compound Operations may process:
- Account and identity data: username, display name, role, tenant, compound, unit assignment, optional phone number, and optional resident or operator ID.
- Contact data: phone numbers imported or created by tenant admins.
- Location data: staff or technician location only while assigned work tracking is active.
- User content: maintenance requests, task notes, photos, visitor names, visitor pass metadata, announcements, and imported setup records.
- Billing and operational data: unit billing/installment records, balances, statuses, task activity, visitor scan outcomes, invite redemption, and role-scoped dashboard events.
- Device and notification data: Expo push tokens and notification identifiers used for operational notifications.
The app does not process card payment details, microphone audio, advertising IDs for ads, health data, fitness data, or biometric data in the current release.
How We Use Data
We use app data to authenticate users, enforce tenant/compound/role/unit access, show role-specific workflows, create and validate visitor passes, track maintenance work and optional staff location while assigned work is active, send operational notifications, support tenant onboarding, and provide operational reporting.
Sharing And Processors
Data is visible only to tenant-authorized users based on their assigned role and scope. Infrastructure providers may process data to operate hosting, authentication, storage, and notifications. Data is not sold.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Backend authorization checks enforce tenant, compound, role, and unit access. Reviewers and customers should report leaked invite codes, leaked visitor QR passes, or suspected unauthorized access immediately.
Access, Correction, And Deletion
For account access, correction, or deletion requests, contact your tenant operator or the app support contact. Include your username, tenant name, and compound name. Do not send passwords, invite tokens, QR codes, or private IDs in screenshots.
Some operational records may need to be retained where required for compound administration, audit, support, or legal obligations.
